At Faith Forged Designs, customer satisfaction is our number one priority. We take great care in preparing and shipping every order so it arrives safely and on time. Below is our shipping policy for faithforgeddesigns.com.
Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
- Custom, personalized, or handmade items (including patriotic-themed and novelty-type products) may take 3-7 business days to process due to the time required for crafting and quality checks.
- Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or major U.S. holidays.
Shipping Methods and Carriers
We partner with trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx to deliver your order.
- Standard Shipping: Typically 3–7 business days after processing (U.S. domestic).
- Priority Shipping: Typically 2–3 business days after processing (U.S. domestic).
- International Shipping: Available to select countries; delivery times vary (usually 7–21 business days).
Shipping options and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout.
Shipping Costs
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight, size, destination, and selected shipping method.
- We offer free standard shipping on orders over $75 within the contiguous United States (excludes Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories unless otherwise noted).
- International orders and orders to Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories may incur additional shipping fees.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package directly through the carrier’s website or by logging into your account on faithforgeddesigns.com.
Important Shipping Notes
- We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, customs (for international orders), or other circumstances beyond our control.
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses may result in additional fees or delays. Please double-check your address at checkout.
- If a package is marked as delivered by the carrier but you have not received it, please contact the carrier first and then reach out to us at support@faithforgeddesigns.com within 7 days of the delivery date. We will assist in filing a claim if necessary.
- For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.
Damaged or Lost Packages
- If your package arrives damaged, please contact us at support@faithforgeddesigns.com within 7 days of receipt with photos of the damage and packaging.
- If your package is lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with the carrier to investigate and, if applicable, issue a replacement or refund.
Changes or Cancellations
Once an order has been processed and shipped, we are unable to make changes or cancel it. Please review your order carefully before submitting.
