Return and Refund Policy for Faith Forged Designs
At Faith Forged Designs, customer satisfaction is our number one priority. We are committed to ensuring you love every item you receive from us. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help make it right.
Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days of the date you received your order. After this period, we unfortunately cannot accept returns or issue refunds.
Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in the original packaging (including tags, if applicable).
- For custom or personalized/handmade items, returns are generally not accepted unless the product is defective, damaged, or not as described. Custom orders are made specifically for you, so please double-check your order details before purchase.
- Sale items and final sale items are not eligible for return or refund unless defective.
How to Initiate a Return
All return requests must be submitted via email to support@faithforgeddesigns.com. Please include:
- Your order number
- The reason for the return
- Photos of the item (especially if claiming damage or defect)
Once we receive your request, we will review it and respond within 2-3 business days. If approved, we will email you a prepaid return shipping label (for eligible returns within the US). Please do not send items back without prior approval and the provided label.
Return Shipping
- For returns due to defects, damage during shipping, or our error (wrong item sent), we will cover the return shipping costs and provide a prepaid label.
- For change of mind or other non-defect reasons, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or undelivered returns.
- Returns for non-defective items will be subject to a 3% restocking fee.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you by email if your return is approved.
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after approval (please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund).
- We do not offer cash refunds for gift purchases; these will be issued as store credit.
- Shipping fees from the original order are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style (subject to availability), please follow the same process as a return. We'll email you a prepaid label if eligible, and you can select your preferred replacement.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or is defective, please contact us at support@faithforgeddesigns.com within 7 days of receipt with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
Important Notes
- We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy conditions.
- All policies are subject to applicable consumer protection laws.
